The Endorphin Systems team operates out of the FuelMe Endurance Sport Store - Unit 13/203 Kirkbride Road, Kudos Business Center, Mangere, Auckland. Just place your order online, then during check out choose the "Pick Up Instore" option on the shipping page. You'll save yourself the $4 shipping charge (if order is under $20) and have the convenience of being able to get the products you want, when you want them. Plus you'll get the lowest online price possible. When you're instore you can ask any questions you might have about the products or mix and match flavours if you have a change of mind about your order.
You can make payment online at the time of ordering by credit card, or you can choose to pay instore by cash, credit card or eftpos, by selecting the bank deposit payment option during checkout. Once your order is packed and ready for pickup we will email you and you can come and pickup your order instore.
This is a great way to make sure you don't miss out on some of our limited stock specials, or if you want to try on some compression gear or training gear in different sizes to ensure you get the right size, or if you've got questions about products then you can call in and we can help you out.
If we've sold out or are out of stock of any of the products that you order we'll contact you straight away to sort out an alternative.
Need it in a Hurry: Let us know if you need it promptly. We can have most orders ready for pickup with 15 minutes of placing your order, so if you're on your way to the Airport or to and from work, or just in a hurry, let us know and we'll make sure it's sorted out and ready for you when you need it.

You can choose to pay online by Credit Card through our secure payment gateway Payment Express or Paypal. Or if you prefer to pay instore by cash, credit card or eftpos, just choose the bank deposit option on the payment page.
Can I change product flavour or size once I get to store?
Sure thing. If once you arrive instore you decide you want a different flavour we can sort that out for you,
How will I know when to go to the store?
You may go to the store after you have received the "Ready for pickup" email. Please do not confuse this with any other email communication about your order such as the automatic order acknowledgement.
Do I need to bring anything to the store when I pick up my order?
Yes, you will need the following items when picking up your order:
• If possible either print out the ''Ready for pickup'' email or the original order email
• Valid ID: Driver's License or government-issued ID (where the first and last names match the billing name entered for the order).
How long will the store hold my order?
If you've paid by credit card when placing your order we can hold your order as long as you need. If longer than 5 days please let us know so we can store it out back.
If you choose the Bank deposit option for payment instore we'll hold the products in your order for 3 working days.
Where do I pick up my order?
After receiving your “Ready for pickup” email, come to our retail store at 13/203 Kirkbride Road, Mangere, Auckland.
Can I have someone pick up my order for me (Family & Friends)?
Sure thing, If you would like someone else, other than yourself, to pick up your order they will need to bring some sort of proof of purchase or ID. And if you can make sure they know what products they are picking up, that will speed things up for them.
