How to Use Sunwarrior CLassic Plus Protein:

Endorphin Systems recommend using 1 to 2 scoops within 30minutes following sports, gym training, martial arts, running, or exercise. Mix, shake, or blend protein powder with your favorite beverage (we favor nut-milks, but we accept your life choices).
