    Ingredients:

    Soy Protein (Supro Plus), egg white powder, fibrum soy fibre, wholemeal flour, fructose, vanilla flavour, butter flavours, polydextrse, sodium bicarbonate, stevioside.

    Directions:

    Mix 5 dessert spoons of High Protein Pancake Mix with 1/2 a cup of water. Use a non-stick fry pan or add a teaspoon of canola or virgin olive oil to the mix if using a conventional frypan (this will help stop the protein in the mix from sticking to the frypan).
    Option: add one whole egg.
    Pour 3 medium pancakes into a heated frypan and cook at a medium temperature. Turn as soon as holes appear in top of the pancake.
