Directions:
AS A HIGH PROTEIN DRINK:Add 30g (3 level scoops) of 100% PURE EGG to 250ml of cold water or low fat milk and shake vigorously until completely dissolved. For best results mix in a high-speed blender for one minute with ice, water, fruit (banana, apple, frozen berries) cocoa, honey, almonds etc. Consume within 30-60 minutes of exercise for improved muscle repair and growth. Up to 3 serves per day can be used in conjunction with a high protein diet and regular exercise.
FOR BAKING PURPOSES:
Mix 1 part 100% Egg Albumin to 7 parts water = 8 parts reconstituted egg white, or 1/2 scoop 100% Egg Albumin to 30mls water for one egg white.
