How to use this Stack:
ZMA: For optimal test boosting and recovery effects use 3x ZMA capsules 30 minute prior to bed daily. Avoid calcium containing foods (milk, dairy, whey) 30 minutes before or after use of ZMA as calcium reduces absorption and effectiveness of the ZMA ingredientsTribulus Terrestris - Consume 1-2 capsules daily for first 5 days, preferably with morning and evening meals. After 5 days, dosage may be increased to 4 to 6 capsules daily in two doses (2-3 capsules in morning, and 2-3 capsules in evening), depending on results and desired effects.
