Q: I’m really interested in Cheaters Relief. But if it blocks carbs, then can it be harmful to you? I thought carbohydrates were essential to everyone’s diet.

A: You are right. Cheaters Relief does inhibit the digestion of carbohydrates (i.e. starches and sugars). Rather than being harmful this serves to help regulate, or control, your blood glucose and insulin levels.

Insulin has a very powerful “braking” effect on your fat-burning metabolism. Even slight increases in insulin can reduce the burning of fat substantially. Glucose can also slow fat-burning. If you are eating too many calories overall, this promotes body fat gain.

Directions:

As a dietary supplement, use the chart on the bottle to determine the amount of capsules to take 15-20 minutes prior to, and 15-20 minutes after, a meal which corresponds to the carbohydrates and fats listed in the chart.
